Completely rewrote the achievements system... again...

Fixed an issue where the main menu wasn't scaling properly

Other changes I cannot remember.

Additions

Sync Achievements button (Found in the achievements menu in both the Pause and Main menus)

Reset Achievements debug button (Found in the achievements menu in both the Pause and Main menus. Debug mode must be turned on for this button to work)
